If your account is used to spam, contains overt advertising (even in the signature), or is deemed to have gone into this area it will be deleted immediately. If it seems possible that it was accidental or misunderstood, you may only get a warning message instead, but if you ignore the warning and continue your account will be removed. You must also agree to all information you enter here or in your profile being stored in our database. The information you choose to keep secret (like email address and/or password) will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent or a legal court order. However, the webmaster, administrators, and moderators can not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that renders this information available. We will do our best to keep this from happening, but we are not immune to such criminal activities. The CUNT site uses Xoops (from xoops.org) as the framework, which uses cookies (that are stored on your local computer) to store certain basic information pertaining to your account and settings. They do not contain any of the private information, simply acting as aids to your viewing and site use. Nothing in this cookie should cause any harm or problems to your computer, but blocking these cookies can keep you from being able to log into the site. Finally, if an account is created and remains idle (without logging in) for too long it may be deemed a dead account and be removed. How long depends on previous activity of the account and doesn't have a set number attached. Accounts created that never log in again will be removed after one month (or sooner if they appear to be an advertiser or fishing account). Since creating accounts to get a hold in a system is a tactic used by some fishing scams and spammers, we don't want to risk leaving dead account idle for too long. Regularly logging in, or simply posting in the forums or commenting on articles (possibly even just once, if it's a serious, on-topic post), will show you are a real person and not a scammer. Active accounts will not be removed unless they break one of the other serious rules.
