Dorms & Living Quarters of Central University of New Town
Just over half the student body actually lives on campus (about 4000 students). The college also owns a couple smaller off-site complexes that are rented to returning students (for reasonable rates) and many of the older students rent apartments or houses off campus (which the university may help to subsidize the cost of). Some families actually live close enough to campus for the students to commute, but these are but a small fraction of the student body.
Andrews Hall (08)
In addition to housing many of the staff, the Student Union, and some other shops and services, this building also houses well over 350 members of the student body in more luxurious suites that house up to 6 students around a central room and private baths. The first floor has a few staff apartments and all the shops, as well as the Student Union offices. The second floor houses staff apartments only. The third and up floors house student suites and luxury apartments. This is a 6-story building.
Bigelow & Lipton Hall (64 & 68)
Both these buildings are smaller 4-story towers that each house around 140 members of the student body in double rooms with only one large shared bathroom per floor. The main floor houses a couple offices, a rec room, laundry, and a few other facilities, in addition to the student rooms. The only real difference between the two buildings is that one actually uses its side door, while the other has it only as an emergency exit.
Maple Hall (69)
This extra-large 5-story tower houses around 300 members of the student body in a mix of suites (two connected rooms for up to 4 students with attached private bath and shower), double rooms, and singles. Each floor has one large restroom with showers and two smaller ones without showers. The main floor houses a few offices, a couple rec rooms, laundry, and a few other facilities, in addition to the student rooms.
Oak & Pine Hall (70 & 71)
Each of these two large 5-story towers house more than 200 members of the student body each, in a mix of double and single rooms. Each floor has two large restrooms with showers on each end of the building. The main floors house a few offices, a rec room, laundry, and a few other facilities, in addition to the student rooms.
This complex is mostly made up of nice houses (some quite large) for higher staff members that choose to live on campus. All Deans and most council members are allowed to have a house here (and it is almost a requirement they do). Others can live elsewhere (off campus or in Andrews Hall). Each of these buildings have their own name (as well as letter identifiers) and are treated as private residences and not directly part of the campus (inside they are removed from the general rules and codes of the campus, but not all the bigger ones).

These are very uniform 4-story dorm buildings with mostly community rooms (like rec room, kitchen, dining hall, laundry, and other group gathering places) on the main floor. There are a few dorm rooms on the main floor, but mostly special ones for the dorm leader and other important people. Each of the upper three floors have 8 double rooms and 10 single rooms, plus two floor lounges, two bathrooms with showers, and two maintenance closets, one on each end. Each building has the exact same layout, although some are reversed (only noticeable on the main floor).
The 26 buildings hold about 80 Students each (plus two extras in special rooms, that may or may not be students with positions of power, like dorm leaders), for a total of over 2000 members of the student body. They are simply classified by letters, rather than different names, and are separated into three types: Male, Female, and Co-Ed Dorms. The Sex specific dorms are grouped around community courtyards, while all the stand-alone buildings tend to be co-ed.
You can find a map of the standard layout of these dorms here: Harlow Dorms Map
Towers A, B, C, D, P, Q, R, and S are Female only dorms.
Towers L, M, N, and O are Male only dorms.
Towers E, F, G, H, I, J, K, T, U, V, W, X, Y, and Z are co-ed dorms
Sorority & Fraternity Buildings
All along Greek Row you have number of large houses that are used by the Sororities and Fraternities of the university. Most of them are private organizations that require pledging and acceptance into their order, with special preferences going to family members of former members (called Legacy members). Since Greek Row filled up a few houses have petitioned acceptance by the university and the Greek Council, even though their houses are located off campus.
