2 Dress Ideology Code
2.4 Code Violation Policies
2.4.4 Punishment Confiscation
Items deemed to be against the DIC completely are usually confiscated on the spot. Other items may also be confiscated permanently during a hearing. This is not the same as items being confiscated as evidence, although some of them may be used as evidence in a hearing first. These items are not returned to the person they were taken from, instead they are either destroyed, sold, or given to charity.
