2 Dress Ideology Code
2.3 Male
2.3.2 Clothing Types and Rules Bottoms
The definition of male bottoms within the DIC are any lower body cover designed to completely cover the penis and testicles, and at least partially cover the buttocks from behind, has at least a strip of fabric that goes between the legs, and does not ride higher than the thinnest part of the waist or covers the belly button (whichever is lower) when standing upright with hands at your side. Coverings that rise above this line are considered Overalls within the rules of the DIC and should not worn as Bottoms.
